Applying for the Membership
1. The Silver loyalty card can be applied by any customer of Gupta Brands LLP by paying a sum of Rs .500/- plus tax for one year. Gupta Brands LLP reserves full rights to reject an application. Second year onwards you need to pay Rs. 250/- every year to renew your membership.
2. All existing members will be upgraded to Silver membership for one year without any bonus points.
Earning Points
1. You must present your mobile number to the restaurant staff before requesting bill to qualify for any points. At the time of paying you will receive your points in the below order excluding any taxes, convenience charge or service charge. Points cannot be split into two membership. At Quattro, Spice Klub, Qinling from Monday to Thursday, for every Rs. 100/- spent, you will earn 8 points. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for every Rs. 100/- spent, you will earn 6 points. At The Rolling Pin, for every Rs. 100/- spent, you will earn 8 points on every day of the week. You can not claim any discount or cash back on the points you have earned.
2. Points are not transferable to any other card or membership account. Gupta Brands LLP reserves the rights to change the rate of reward points and the type of qualifying purchases by giving you reasonable notice on the website, or in the restaurant or by email. Each restaurant might have an individual promotion from time to time for events, details of which will be displayed in that particular restaurant. You cannot earn points on discounts, so if you are redeeming some points or using a prepaid card, discount will be given and points will be calculated on the amount after discount before taxes.
Validity of Points
1. All points will be valid for 90 days from the time you earn the points. Existing points you will have 90 days to redeem them.
Redeeming Points
1. Minimum ₹ 500 bill amount required to redeem points. Only 50% of the bill amount can be redeemed on one day in a restaurant.
2. Point scan be redeemed and earned only if the member himself is present. An OTP will be required and the member needs to be present.
